Day two hundred seven

This steak cost $27 bucks in Las Vegas.
And it was worth every cent.
I almost cried when i ate the last bite.

(The concert was amazing, everyone looked awesome,
and a super happy belated birthday to FiFi!)

Day Two Hundred Three

Today is my birthday.
I spent the weekend in Las Vegas rocking out to the opening night of Blink-182's reunion tour and taking in all the glitter and gold. This photo is of the glorious, dreamlike courtyard inside of the Bellagio. It was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. All in all, I'd say it was a great weekend!

Day Two Hundred Two

This is Lily, our new goat, in the back of the Jeep Liberty. I love her more than anything in the whole little area of this dingy little farm.

Have a good weekend partners. Give Lily a kiss.

Day Two Hundred One

I had such a good Monday! A friend of mine came into
town, his brother had a rockwall in his back yard. I found
out how bad I am at rock climbing. I have a new mid-years
resolution! Have a good weekend!

Day One Hundred Ninety Eight

My mom and I went to the Museum of Northern Arizona. I am glad things like this don't live in the ocean anymore.

One Hundred Ninety Seven

I went to a Baptizzle this weekend.
What you are looking at is a child being lifted and dunked in the bowl like a cookie.
Mmmm... cookie.

Have a good week!

Day One Hundred Ninety Six

This is what my weekends look like... piles of boys cuddling with each other. This time they did it on my bed.

Pretty laid back week. This is from my mom's garden
back in Gallup. We found this gigantic spider web after
she finished watering. Have a good weekend!

Day One Hundred Eighty Nine

Yesterday Sam and I galloped gloriously up to Mt Lemmon for the first time ever. We've lived here over a year now, but for some unfathomable reason, we never ventured the relatively short distance up there. We spent slightly more than an hour driving the scenic Catalina Highway to spend the afternoon in an environment completely unlike what we're used to in central Tucson. As this picture shows, it was well worth the trip, and we'll definitely be back soon.

Day One Hundred Eighty Seven

This past week my family visited for my sister's birthday
and mine (Sunday). We had a good time at the park in Flag.
This is my niece, Abigail riding a dinosaur. Legendary...

Day one hundred eighty six

I dont suggest taking pictures while driving, especially if you drive like i do, but i couldnt help myself. This is what it looks like when i drive home from work, from Tombstone to Bisbee, around 7. Im not a big fan of the desert, but this was just gorgeous. This is without enhancing any colors on my computer, all natural, southern Arizona.

Day One Hundred Eighty Two

So, I had all of these great photos from the 4th I wanted to post.
But clearly everything worth showing was defeated the moment my adorable cousin Mica put on the Wolverine outfit.
Have you ever seen a child go down a Slip N Slide in a super hero costume?
It's painfully hilarious.

Have a good week.

Day One Hundred Eighty Two

Reigning as my least favorite holiday, the 4th of July was lackluster and strange as usual. All the normal people stayed inside while all the drug abusing weirdos flooded the streets, causing me to question my own sanity. The strange behavior lasted well beyond the fireworks when I woke up to discover that there was an obscenely drunk/high dude stumbling around in my front yard about to be apprehended by the cops (who seemed to be unable to convince this guy to keep his pants on). Strange times, eh?

Day One Hundred Eighty One

We got all the trusses up! Hoot! We will be watching the fireworks from the roof tonight.

I just encountered the worst talent show to hit Independence Day, complete with jokes such as, "What do you get when you cross George Washington and cow feed?... The fodder of our country!"

Aye! Every nation has its flaws.
Happy Independence Day!

Day One Hundred Eighty

I've been learning some new video editing techniques
in after effects. This weekend I might try to put together
a little test footage with my friend. I'm hoping to have that
up in about two weeks! Have a great fourth!

Day One Hundred Seventy Nine

Due to serious technical difficulties, Andrea's post comes in spirit this week. And by spirit I mean a picture of the crazy sushi that she had for dinner about a week ago. Yeah, weird, I know.

Day One Hundred Seventy Eight

Yep, it's that time of year -
time to go burn in the sun for 10 hours at warped tour.

shortly after this guy surfed through the crowd,
Kevin Lyman (the founder of warped tour, who i met by
the energy drinks in a gas station before the show) walked
on stage in the middle of NOFX's set and declared that he
wanted to share NOFX's pay with the fans, and proceeded
to throw $4,00o cash into the crowd. (I caught $6)
